The pressure tight containers for the use of LPG are always manufactured in compliance with effective International and Indian Standards. The manufacturing and welding of the containers are carried out by automatic equipment under the control of skilled technicians.

At each stage of production, the products are scrutinized according to the Standard and ISO 9000 quality systems.

Weld quality steel as per IS 6240 an equalent steel grade of EN10120 is used for the production. The thickness of the sheet is selected in compliance with the Design of the product to be manufactured. The sheets and other major consumables are supplied with the test certificates as per the standards by the manufacturers suppliers, which are verified upon arrival.

Each container is thoroughly cleaned and dried internally. The outer surface of the container is shot blasted and given corrosion protection by powder coating with minimum thickness of 75 microns or as agreed between the manufacturer and the buyer. Prior to dispatch, the containers are packed in order to prevent transit damages.
